20th Krka International Leadership School

Last week we completed the 20th edition of the Krka International Leadership School (KILS), a renowned leadership training programme that brings together participants from various Krka Group markets. Participants come from different cultural backgrounds and organisational units, all united in the pursuit of common Krka goals.

The Krka International Leadership School is an important pillar in the development of Krka Group managers, contributing to the personal and professional growth of participants and strengthening international ties and cooperation within the company.

To date, 437 employees from 37 different countries have completed the programme. This year’s participants came from Uzbekistan, Hungary, Serbia, Bulgaria, Finland, Romania, Great Britain, Italy, Latvia, China, Ukraine, Croatia, the Netherlands, Poland and Slovenia.

The Krka International Leadership School is a 110-hour programme divided into two modules, combining various topics in the field of leadership skills, Krka’s business topics, strategic thinking, communication and coaching.
